For the fourth week the value of this fuel drops. Gasoline does it even more.
The price of diesel continues to fall and now fell to 5.4 cents per gallon to reach $4.444, according to the latest data published by the country’s Energy Information Administration.
The decrease in price is part of a decline that has been recorded over the last four weeks. The states with the greatest drop in this value were those on the west coast, except California.
In this last state the average price is $6,119 while the national average is $4,114. Thus the country’s differential is registered at more than 2 dollars.
As diesel falls, gasoline falls even more. It was 10.8 cents that took it to a value of $3.576 per gallon on average in the United States.

The retail prices of a gallon of diesel on the nation’s roads show the difference that is registered with this fuel.
