This year, we honored them from September 14 to 20, a key moment for the entire country to show appreciation for those who keep America moving.
More than 3.6 million professional men and women make up the trucking workforce in the United States. They are the ones who ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods, contribute to road safety, and keep the supply chain that supports our daily lives running smoothly.
Their work is essential. Nearly every aspect of our daily life, from the food we eat to the products we use, depends on their dedication, effort, and commitment.
That is why we take this moment to thank them for everything they do. Let’s talk about the reasons why we should appreciate truck drivers not just this week, but all year long.
Reasons why we appreciate truck drivers
1. They keep the economy moving
Road transportation allows us to reach our customers efficiently and on time. Thanks to truck drivers, essential products and goods arrive every day, helping everything operate without disruption.

Truck drivers are among the most dedicated workers, facing long hours and demanding conditions that often require spending extended periods away from home. Their commitment and work ethic deserve our full respect and recognition.
