CarriersEdge, a leading provider of online driver training for the road transport sector, announced on Tuesday the list of the 2025 Best Fleets to Drive.
CarriersEdge, a leading provider of online driver training for the road transport sector, announced on Tuesday the list of the 2025 Best Fleets to Drive. This distinction recognizes North American road transport companies that provide positive work experiences for their company drivers and independent contractors, as stated in the press release.
According to CarriersEdge, to be considered, companies must be nominated by a company driver or owner-operator currently working with them and operate a fleet of at least 10 tractor-trailers. After receiving nominations, companies are evaluated in several categories: driver compensation and benefits, human resources strategies, operations, professional development, and work-life balance. In addition, surveys are conducted with drivers to gather their opinions and measure their overall satisfaction with the fleets.
The results of these evaluations help identify and score the most outstanding companies. Fleets that score the highest are recognized as the Best Fleets to Drive. Companies that receive this distinction for 10 consecutive years, or seven consecutive years plus an overall winner award, enter the Hall of Fame, according to CarriersEdge.

Companies dedicated to employee well-being
Jane Jazrawy, CEO of CarriersEdge, stated that the best fleets are those that this year continued investing in new and creative programs to improve the driver experience in the workplace. “Despite what has been a challenging economy for fleets over the past couple of years, the Top 20 Best Fleets and Hall of Fame members have continued to show that the well-being of their drivers remains a priority,” Jazrawy said in the press release.
